- Applying statistical analysis tools: pareto charts, cause-and-effect diagrams
- Root cause analysis techniques: 5 Whys and fishbone diagrams
Day 5: Improve Phase
- Generating and evaluating potential solutions to address root causes
- Designing and implementing process improvements
Day 6: Control Phase and Project Closure
- Establishing control plans and monitoring systems
